This podcast is for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs. We will meet business owners from a variety of fields and listen to their stories. We’ll discuss where they come from, their ideas, and how they do it. Our goal is to shed light on their stories, and to motivate any aspiring entrepreneurs along the way.

The Host
Joel Sandoval is a successful entrepreneur, and tax mastermind. After years of working in accounting for other firms, Joel decided to go off on his own and create his own company. He went into the unknown and left behind a six figure job to eventually create a seven figure CPA firm.
His company has grown from one team member, to thirteen, and In only five years the firm has saved California business owners over 37 million dollars in taxes, and counting.

Today's guest, Anselmo Moreno, is in the business of not only helping people fix their credit, but also educating them on how to better manage their credit, change their habits, and make better financial decisions. Anselmo started his journey early on, working for a local credit counseling company while he was still in High School. Now he is the owner of Innovative Credit Solutions in Bakersfield, and the founder of The Youth Financial Literacy Organization, a local non-profit group that teaches High School Seniors consumer finance skills. He is also the host of the Extra Credit Show, a weekly credit repair podcast on iTunes and Google Play.

His passion since childhood was in food. Eating, creating, and experimenting. Now Alex is the owner of multiple restaurants, a bakery, a juicery, and a popsicle company. Despite having this passion, Alex was on his way to becoming a teacher, before he finally decided to take the plunge and start his first restaurant, El Camino Real, in 2008. Alex's dedication has paid off, but he takes very little credit, for him none of it would have been possible without the help of hundreds of people he has built relationships with a long the way.

From making $60 a week in 8th grade selling hotdogs, to performing with a band, he always knew he wanted to make his own way. Despite having good paying jobs in his life, Edgar always knew he wanted to work for himself, and eventually left his easy, comfortable, $60,000 salary job that most people would stick with until retirement, to become a loan officer. The gamble has paid off, and now Edgar has his eyes set on becoming a millionaire, and on becoming a coach to help others reach new levels in their lives as well.

From marketing to real estate, to even joining the police force, Brian has been on a mission to achieve success for the sole purpose of creating a better life for his parents. Growing up having to watch his dad leave to his back breaking job at the fields in the early hours of the morning was all the motivation Brian needed to make it happen. Now as the owner of Neutek Customs, Brian has seen a ton of success. He's looking to open a second location, the company is recommended by both Jeep and Tesla, and more importantly, he has managed to get his dad out of the fields and into an office.
